Another preprint on arXiv!

My colleagues from NUANCE group and I have recently uploaded the manuscript to arXiv. We address a question on the quench dynamics in a Tonks-Girardeau gas with an attractive non-local interaction trapped with an optical lattice.

Recent conferences

I have recently participated in two conferences. I presented a poster in Paris during the 2nd Polish-French Symposium: Advances in ultracold matter. Afterward, I gave a talk at DAMOP in Spokane, WA.

New publication in Phys. Rev. Research!

In our new publication we look into two-component Bose gases beyond the extended Gross-Pitaevskii approach.

My colleagues from NUANCE group and I have recently submitted a paper on dark solitons in 2-component bosonic droplets.

Press coverage for our research

Polish Press Agency's scientific branch Nauka w Polsce released an article on our research about ultrawide solitons.

Machine learning and quantum vortices - my new project gets funding

The Director of CTP PAS decided to award funding to my project alongside other four research proposals prepared by young researchers at our institute. I will use machine learning to study quantum vortices in BECs.

New publication in Physical Review Letters!

Our article on dark solitons in dipolar Bose gases with strong contact interaction has been already published in Physical Review Letters.
It opens a path towards experimental in situ observations of solitons in ultracold matter.
Check out the article or my post about this research!

Latest preprint on arXiv

My collaboration with Nick Parker and Luca Parisi from Newcastle University bore fruit and we have recently managed to write down a manuscript Quantum Monte Carlo-based density functional for one-dimensional Bose-Bose mixtures.

Preprint

Publication in Dose-Response

A review article on deterministic and probabilistic ways to assess the influence of ionizing radiation is now available!
And if you want to check why it's illustrated with a hamster, check out my LinkedIn post.
